Youth Fitness 

Join us for a #TrainingDay! The full 30 minute videos are offered Live or Premiered on Facebook, as well as in 60 second clips on  Instagram and Tik Tok! The exercises are designed for 11-17 year old’s, but are fun and effective for all ages. Each workout focuses on foundational movement skills that support physical literacy, which is essential to an active lifestyle. No equipment is required, or we will use household items for an extra challenge.

Education with School Partners

The Healthy Living Program is focused on empowering children in underprivilaged communities to take control of their own health at the earliest age possible. through a combination of cooking and fitness classes, children learn hands on about the nutritional content of food and how diet directly impacts their health. Also, children are taught about the critical connection between diet, fitness, and school performance. Participants of this program will learn how to identify certain foods that have been scientifically shown to improve memory, learning, mood, and behavior.
