About Our Digital Literacy Program
LAHC’s Digital Literacy program is designed to help adult learners gain valuable computer and technology skills to increase their ability to participate in today’s workforce. Our program uses Google Chromebooks and Google Suite applications to teach topics including basic laptop navigation, computer shortcuts, email etiquette, research using trusted sources, staying safe online, and developing an online profile.

Anyone who is interested in:
- Discovering new ways to use digital tools
- Improving confidence in navigating a laptop

Traditional Sessions
LAHC’s Traditional Digital Literacy program is a 6-8 week course designed to to help adult learners gain valuable computer and technology skills.This program requires registration, and will walk all program participants through the basics of technology. This course is recommended for those who may need a little more time learning how to use technology.
Bilingual Teaching
Program sessions offered in English and Arabic

Each session will last approximately two hours

No- the program is completely free!
Do I need to bring my own computer?
No- laptops are provided, however, if you prefer to learn using your own computer you are welcome to bring it!
