Maternal and Infant Health
Welcome to MIH, your dedicated space for new and expectant moms!
What We Do
Our Maternal and Infant Health program is dedicated to supporting moms and families every step of the way. Through Mom Care Connect and our Maternal Health Navigator services, we provide personalized guidance, resources, and advocacy to help expectant and new mothers access quality healthcare, connect with community supports, and navigate the challenges of pregnancy and early parenthood. Our goal is to empower families with the knowledge, tools, and compassionate support they need to thrive.
